Brief Summary of Protocol:
This project provides data that can be used to improve the experience of the research volunteers at the Rockefeller University Hospital. The Hospital has contracted with National Research Corporation (NRC) to conduct a Patient Satisfaction Survey. This survey asks research volunteers to objectively and subjectively report on their experiences with the care provided at the hospital. The survey provides data that is used to target efforts to improve the patient experience and help the hospital meet the needs of its research volunteers.

What specifically makes a person eligible for the study?
You may be eligible to enter this study:

Any research volunteer ¡Ý 18 years of age who is cared for or participates in research at the Rockefeller University Hospital Inpatient Unit or the Outpatient Clinical Research Center and is able to give informed consent.


18 years and older

Potential Benefits.....
There is a potential benefit to the participant for improved care and service during a future RUH visit. There are no other direct benefits to the patient other than knowing that they may have contributed to improving services and care at the RU Hospital.

The research volunteers will not receive compensation for participating in this protocol.
