Brief Summary of Protocol:
Obesity is related to health problems such as heart disease, diabetes, high blood pressure and psoriasis. We think that white blood cells may affect fat cells and contribute to the development of these diseases. Therefore, we are examining these cells in blood and fat to better understand what causes obesity and other diseases it is associated with.
